Transactions with Environmental Impact Assessment
For category A-projects (*) an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) will be made public by EKN at least 30 days before final commitment is issued. This procedure is in accordance with the OECD Recommendation on Common Approaches on Environment and Officially Supported Export Credits.

(*) According to EKN's environmental policy medium and long-term export transactions are classified into three categories, A, B, or C, depending on their expected environmental impact. Category A is export where there is a significant risk of adverse environmental impact.
